Tal ist ein musikalisches Wunderkind, das mit 18 Jahren sein Jazzstudium abgeschlossen hat. Sein Sound liegt irgendwo zwischen José González, Nick Drake und Tash Sultana, wobei sein Gesang von Patrick Watson beeinflusst ist. Seine aufrüttelnden Texte sind nackt und unverhüllt - sie beschreiben seine Kämpfe, Obsessionen, Leidenschaften und Ängste.

Als Tal nach seinem Abschluss an der Jazzschule in Berlin ankam, machte er in der europäischen Jazzszene schnell von sich reden und erhielt Auftritte in Clubs und auf Festivals in ganz Europa. Und dann kam die Pandemie. Tal war 21. Da er keine Bühne hatte, auf der er spielen konnte, schrieb er konfessionelle Musik und schloss sich für zwei Wochen in seinem Schlafzimmer ein. Als er wieder auftauchte, waren zwei EPs geboren - "Cross Country" und "Nothing is Real". Beide EPs wurden sofort von dem Schweizer Indie-Label Mouthwatering Records unter Vertrag genommen und führten zu weiteren Verträgen für sein nächstes Material. Seine neueste EP, "Open Heart", soll 2024 erscheinen.

Nach seiner Support-Tour mit Black Sea Dahu durch Deutschland und der Veröffentlichung seiner EP "Nothing Is Real" stehen alle Zeichen auf ein kometenhaftes Jahr 2024 für den Singer/Songwriter Tal Arditi.

Fresh off his support tour with Black Sea Dahu across Germany and the release of his EP “Nothing Is Real”, all signs are pointing to a meteoric 2024 for singer/songwriter Tal Arditi.

A musical prodigy who completed his jazz studies by the age of 18, Tal’s sound lies somewhere between José González, Nick Drake and Tash Sultana, with vocals influenced by Patrick Watson. His evocative lyrics are stripped and bare - detailing his struggles, obsessions, passions and fears.

Arriving in Berlin fresh after graduating jazz school, Tal quickly turned heads in the European jazz scene, landing work at clubs and festivals all over Europe. And then the pandemic came. Tal was 21. With no stage to play on, Tal turned to writing confessional music, locking himself in his bedroom for two weeks. When he emerged, two EP’s were born - "Cross Country" and “Nothing is Real”. Both EP’s were immediately signed to the Swiss indie label Mouthwatering Records and led to further signings of his next material. His newest EP, “Open Heart” is set for release in 2024.
