"In Nordtexas gibt es niemanden wie Mcinroe" (Dallas Observer). Keegan McInroe ist ein Schriftsteller, Musiker und international tätiger Künstler aus Fort Worth, Texas. Im Geiste seiner Vorgänger, der Troubadoure, hat Keegan den größten Teil der letzten zwei Jahrzehnte damit verbracht, die Straßen, die Wildnis und die Städte der Alten und der Neuen Welt zu bereisen und die dabei gemachten Erfahrungen und Beobachtungen mit verschiedenen Einflüssen aus Folk, Country und Blues zu einem originellen und sich ständig weiterentwickelnden Gobelin aus lyrischer amerikanischer Roots-Musik zu verweben.
McInroe hat die Bühne mit Leon Russell, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Willis Alan Ramsey, Otis Taylor, Carolyn Wonderland, Ian Moore, Shovels & Rope, Charley Crockett und anderen geteilt.
Er wurde in verschiedenen Zeitungen und Zeitschriften für seine Reiseschriften, Geschichten, Gedichte und gelegentlichen Streifzüge durch die Politik veröffentlicht. Außerdem hat er die Keegan McInroe Radio Hour und den Uncouth Pilgrim Podcast moderiert, die beide derzeit auf unbestimmte Zeit unterbrochen sind.

Keegan McInroe is a writer, musician. and international touring artist based in Fort Worth, Texas.
Keeping in spirit with his predecessor troubadouring minstrels, Keegan has spent the better part of the last two decades traversing the roads, wildernesses, and cities of the Old World and New, weaving the resulting experiences and observations together with varied influences from folk, country, and the blues to create an original and evolving tapestry of lyric-driven American roots music.
McInroe has shared the stage with Leon Russell, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Willis Alan Ramsey, Otis Taylor, Carolyn Wonderland, Ian Moore, Shovels & Rope, Charley Crockett, and others.
He has been published in various papers and magazines for his travel writings, stories, poems, and occasional forays into politics. Additionally, he has hosted The Keegan McInroe Radio Hour and The Uncouth Pilgrim Podcast, both of which are curently on indefinite hiatus.
