„Inside the spoon“ sind Fabian, Katharina und Matthi. Das Trio dreht bekannte Songs durch den Fleischwolf: Mit Hip Hop Beats, analogen Keyboardsounds, funky Bass und Gitarre, schmelzendem Gesang, verfremdeten Jazzharmonien und Samples aus Literatur, Politik und Alltag. Live-Looping rundet den Gesamtsound ab.

Mal leise, mal laut. Mal fließend, mal rhythmisch. Mal flirrend, mal wabernd. Mal unangepasst, mal anschmiegsam. Immer auf der Suche nach dem gewissen „Etwas“. Leicht, aber mit Anspruch. Und immer mit einem Hauch Experiment.
