Auf der Bühne überwinden Brea und Dom die Grenze zwischen Künstler und Publikum und liefern Performances, die sowohl mitreißend als auch zutiefst authentisch sind. Während sie sich ihren Weg durch die Indie-Folk-Landschaft bahnen, lädt Flora Falls die Zuhörer auf eine Reise ein, auf der Melodien zu Erinnerungen werden und Geschichten einen bleibenden Eindruck im Herzen hinterlassen.
Unter dem strahlenden Himmel Berlins führte das Schicksal Brea und Dom 2019 bei einer Open Stage zusammen. Angezogen von der Kunstfertigkeit des jeweils anderen als Singer-Songwriter, fanden sie sich bald in einer Songwriting-Session wieder, die den Beginn von Flora Falls markieren sollte. Von diesem Moment an blühte ihre kreative Partnerschaft auf und sie begaben sich auf eine Reise, um einen ebenso intimen wie kraftvollen Sound zu kreieren.
Ihre Musik ist eine herzliche Umarmung ... roh, bewegend und gespickt mit humorvollen Momenten, die den Zuhörer in einen Raum tiefer Verletzlichkeit und Authentizität einladen. Mit der Veröffentlichung ihrer Debüt-EP Ankle Deep (2021) begeisterte Flora Falls das Publikum mit ihrer reduzierten Produktion und emotionalen Tiefe. Im Jahr 2023 kehrten sie mit Hidden from You zurück, einer Erkundung persönlicherer Themen und einer verfeinerten Klanglandschaft. Die EP fand große Resonanz und wurde in Der Kultur Blog und Music Headquarter vorgestellt, schaffte es auf die Indie Brand Neu-Playlist von Spotify und wurde auf Flux FM und zahlreichen Radiosendern in Deutschland und Europa gespielt.
Seitdem ist Flora Falls mit ihrer Musik auf Tournee und bereist ausgiebig Europa. Sie wurden eingeladen, Folk Road Show (NL) und The Bland (SE) auf ihren Europa-Tourneen 2023 zu begleiten, und standen in Berlin gemeinsam mit internationalen Künstlern wie Ondara (USA), Tessa Devine (AUS), The Wellermen (UK/USA) und Kim Churchill (AUS) auf der Bühne.
Am 20. März veröffentlichten Flora Falls ihr Debütalbum Everyday Love, das im legendären Berliner Studio The Famous Gold Watch mit Produzent Cameron Laing aufgenommen wurde. Angeführt von den Singles Everyday Love und Brother hatte das Album bereits für viel Aufsehen gesorgt, unter anderem durch Live-Auftritte bei Radio Eins und einen Beitrag in der One Shot-Reihe von ALEX Berlin. „Everyday Love“ wurde von Radiosendern in ganz Australien gefeiert, darunter ABC Radio, und erhielt auch in Deutschland Unterstützung von Sendern wie FLUX FM, Radio Fritz und Deutschlandfunk Kultur. Auf dieser Erfolgswelle reitet die Band nun durch Deutschland, um im April ihr Album zu feiern, darunter auch eine Album-Release-Show mit der gesamten Band am 11. April.
"Flora Falls hat mich sehr überrascht. Ich habe selten eine so harmonische Verbindung zwischen einem Duo erlebt. Ich ging davon aus, dass Brea und Dom schon seit Jahren zusammen spielen und nicht erst seit Monaten, was meinen ersten Instinkt, mit ihnen zusammenarbeiten zu wollen, bestätigte. Die neue Single „Wake Up“ aufzunehmen und zu produzieren war ein absoluter Traum. Ich habe im Grunde nur auf „Aufnahme” gedrückt und sie die Energie aus dem Raum durch die Mikrofone in die digitale Welt tragen lassen. Es kommt wirklich selten vor, dass Aufnahmetage so wunderbar einfach sind und das Endergebnis so wunderbar nah an der ursprünglichen Performance bleibt.

Under the luminous Berlin sky, fate wove Brea and Dom’s paths together at an Open Stage in 2019. Drawn to each other’s artistry as singer-songwriters, they soon found themselves in a songwriting session that would mark the beginning of Flora Falls. From that moment on, their creative partnership flourished, embarking on a journey to craft a sound as intimate as it is powerful.
Their music is a heartfelt embrace...raw, evocative, and laced with moments of humor, inviting listeners into a space of deep vulnerability and authenticity. With the release of their debut EP, Ankle Deep (2021), Flora Falls captivated audiences with its stripped-back production and emotional depth. In 2023, they returned with Hidden from You, an exploration of more personal themes and a refined sonic landscape. The EP resonated widely, earning features in Der Kultur Blog and Music Headquarter, a spot on Spotify’s Indie Brand Neu playlist, and airplay on Flux FM and numerous radio stations across Germany and Europe.
Flora Falls has since taken their music on the road, touring extensively throughout Europe. They were invited to join Folk Road Show (NL) and The Bland (SE) on their 2023 European tours and have shared the stage with international artists Ondara (USA), Tessa Devine (AUS), The Wellermen (UK/USA) and Kim Churchill (AUS) in Berlin.
On March 20, Flora Falls released their debut album Everyday Love, recorded at Berlin’s legendary The Famous Gold Watch studio with producer Cameron Laing. Riding this wave of momentum, the band will tour across Germany throughout April to celebrate the release, including a full-band album release show on April 11.
